Help & Information for our sellers

This page provides our approved sellers with information about setting up their store and publishing their products. Please make sure to read the information carefully.

Navigate to your seller dashboard by clicking on My Account. Navigate to “Settings”, “Store”. Fill in as much details as possible.

You can set a custom store logo and banner. These will be displayed on your store page. You can visit your store page by navigating to http://scalebranding.com/vendor/yourstoreslug *

* Your store page becomes visible after you’ve uploaded at least one product.

Navigate to your seller dashboard by clicking on My Account. Navigate to “Settings”, “Payment”. Select PayPal as payment method and fill in your PayPal email.

Download the logo presentation ZIP file (Photoshop and Illustrator files included).

Replace the cute bear logo with your own work. Add a flat colored background that fits your logo.

Do not add your own effects or watermark to the presentation image. This way we are able to maintain a clean presentation style on our website.

Presentation Mockup (ZIP)

To upload a header or banner, make sure your product matches the following requirements:

  1. Replace logos within your header or banner design with the Scale Branding logo.
  2. Replace text within your header or banner design with default texts like: “Scale” or “Scale Branding”.

We do not provide a presentation mockup for a header or banner. Make sure your product matches the the following sizes:

Twitter header presentation image size: 1500 x 500 px.
YouTube banner presentation image size: 2560 x 1440 px.

Scale Branding logos (ZIP)

To upload a Twitch Package, make sure your product matches the following requirements :

  1. Replace logos within your Twitch package with the Scale Branding logo.
  2. Replace text within your Twitch package with default texts like: “Scale” or “Scale Branding”.
  3. Each presentation image has to be 1920 x 1080 px.

We do not provide a presentation mockup for a Twitch package. You have full freedom on how to display your package. Ther is also a possibility to upload multiple presentation images, so you don’t have to put all ofyour content in one image

Scale Branding logos (ZIP)

Follow these steps to correctly upload a product to Scale Branding.

Navigate to your seller dashboard by clicking on My Account. Navigate to “Products”, “Add new”.

  1. Set the product title.
    • Are you uploading a logo? Make sure to add the type of logo in the product title, to improve Google search results.
      Example: Cute Bear Mascot Logo
  2. Set the product price ($). With a minimum of $100,-. Your sale price can also not be lower than $100,-.
  3. Set a product description. Add a short description that represents your product.
  4. Set the product image. You will need the presentation mockup for this step. The mockup can be found in the tabs above.
  5. Select a fitting product category.
  6. Add product tags.
  7. Include a ZIP file of the product files.
    • For logos: the ZIP file needs to include a transparant (PNG) and vector (Illstrator or EPS) file of the logo. The colorspace should be CMYK.
    • For headers & banners: the ZIP file needs to include an editable Photoshop file. Also incluse a JPEG version of the design.
  8. Publish your product!

You can register to start selling your products on Scale Branding through our registration form.

Thank you for your regsitration. Our staff will take a look at your submitted portfolio. We will inform you about our decision within 5 days.

Setup your store by following the steps in our seller manual. The seller manual contains all the information you need, including how to upload products correctly.

Scale Branding will transfer your money within 10 days after one of your products gets sold.

We only use PayPal to pay our sellers, therefor you need to have a working PayPal account.

No. You are not allowed to sell a product multiple times through multiple platforms.

However, it is allowed to publish your product across multiple platforms.

When a product gets sold through another platform, you need to remove it from our platform. When a product gets sold through Scale Branding, you need to remove it from other platforms.

We maintain a minimum price of $100,- for any type of logo. This is for both the normal price and sale price. Logos with a lower price can give the impression that it’s resold.

There is a minimum price of $20,- for headers & banners.

Yes you can! There are only a few requirements:

  • The contest is closed (and a winner was selected).
  • The product can’t be the winning entry.

Logo based on fonts can be published, but only if your logo matches at least one of the following requirements:

  • There’s enough modification to the font.
  • One of the letters of the font has been modified.

Scale Branding will send an email notification in one of the following situations:

  • You’ve been accepted as a seller.
  • You’ve been rejected as a seller.
  • You’ve received a direct message from our staff.
  • One of your products was sold.
