Returns & Refunds
By default, Scale Branding does not accept returns. This means that after you’ve made a purchase, we can’t refund your payment. However, there are exceptions:
- If the attached product files are incomplete. In this case, we will take a look at the files and, if possible, provide you with the ones missing. If we can’t provide the missing files, we will refund your payment.
- If the attached product files are corrupted. In this case, we will contact the designer and see if he/she can provide us with the correct files. If he/she can’t provide these files, we will refund your payment.
Each customer has till two days after the purchase to verify if there are problems with their purchased product and has to contact us within these two days.
