What are exclusive logos?
All logos on Scalebranding are Exclusive. This means that once a logo is sold, it will never be available for sale again.
Can I request changes to my logo?
During the payment process, you have the option to request changes to your logo. The designer will make these changes.
You can also request additional adjustments after you have purchased a logo. You can do this on the order overview on your Scalebranding account.
How will I receive my logo?
After you have purchased one of our logos, you will receive an email with access to your Scalebranding account. Your can instantly download your logo files here.
What logo files will I receive?
A logo will always come in PNG and Vector (.Ai or/and .Eps) format.
Every designer is free to add additional files to their logo next to these files.
Do I need software to open my files?
You will need Adobe Illustrator to make changes to vector files.
You won’t need specific software to view PNG or JPEG files.
I lost my files, can I download them again?
Yes! Your files can always be accessed through your Scalebranding account!

How do I become a seller?
You can register to become a seller on Scalebranding through our registration form.
I registered, now what?
Thank you for your registration! Our staff will take a look at your submitted portfolio. We will inform you about our decision within 5 days.
How do I start?
After you’ve been accepted, you can set up your store by following the steps in our seller manual.
The seller manual contains all the information you need, including how to upload products correctly. Make sure to read it carefully!
How does Scalebranding pay sellers?
We use PayPal to pay commission to our sellers, therefor you need to have a working PayPal account.
We aim to transfer commissions within 14 days after the sale.
Can I sell the same logo somewhere else?
No. Scalebranding only sells Exclusive logos. All logos will only be sold one single time. This means that you are not allowed to sell a logo multiple times through multiple platforms!
However, it is allowed to publish your logos across multiple platforms.
When a logo gets sold through another platform, you need to remove it from our platform. When a product gets sold through Scalebranding, you need to remove it from other platforms.
What price do I have to set for my products?
We maintain a minimum price of $200,- for any type of logo. Logos with a lower price can give the impression that it’s a resold or template item. We do not allow reselling and template logos.

Can I publish a logo I entered a contest with?
Yes you can! There are only a few requirements:
- The contest is closed (and a winner was selected).
- The logocan’t be the winning entry.
Can I sell logos that are based on a font?
Logo based on fonts can be published, but only if your logo matches at least one of the following requirements:
- There’s enough modification to the font.
- At least one of the letters of the font has been modified.
Will I receive email notifications?
Scalebranding will send an email notification in one of the following situations:
- You’ve been accepted as a seller.
- You’ve been rejected as a seller.
- You’ve received a direct message from our staff.
- One of your products was sold.
- A customer has added an order note.
